Terms of use

• Anyone preparing for IELTS can practise, with or without an account.
• If you are under 16, use Exam Evolution with a parent’s or your teacher’s permission. A parent can contact us to see or delete their child’s data.
• Teachers must sign up with a real email address and confirm it with a code.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else used it, change your password and tell us.

If you run a class, you are responsible for how you use your students’ data:

• Make sure you have permission to add your students to Exam Evolution (for young students, from their parents or their school).
• Use their data only to teach those students.
• Tell your students (and, for young students, their parents or school) that you use Exam Evolution, and what you can see (Privacy Policy, section 2).
• Do not copy students’ work or details out of the app for other uses.
• Do not share a class code in public. Anyone with the code can ask to join.
• Only upload files you have the right to use. Your files are private to you, but you are responsible for them.
• If you stop teaching a class, delete it.
• The AI homework check is started by you. Check the results before you rely on them.

Do not:

• copy, download or scrape the lessons, passages, questions, answers or audio, by hand or with a program;
• share or sell the content outside the app;
• try to get answers or teacher content you are not meant to see;
• create many accounts, or use scripts, to get more AI checks;
• send text to the AI check that is not your own writing for the task, or try to make it do something else;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the service;
• harass or abuse anyone through messages;
• use someone else’s account.

We set limits on how many AI checks can run each day, for students and for teachers. We can change these limits.

• Writing feedback and band numbers come from an AI model. They are practice guidance: an estimate from one piece of writing, not an official IELTS score.
• The AI can be wrong, sometimes by a band or more. Use it to learn, not to decide anything important.
• Reading and listening altitude is a practice level. It is not an IELTS band.
• We do not promise any result in the real IELTS test.

IELTS is a registered trademark. It is jointly owned by the British Council, IDP IELTS and Cambridge University Press & Assessment. Exam Evolution is not connected with or endorsed by them.

• Lessons, passages, questions, coaching, audio and design belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may use them only inside the app, for your own study or teaching.
• Your writing is yours. You let us store it, show it to your teacher, and send it for AI checks when you or your teacher ask. We do not use it for anything else. We do not use your writing to train AI models.

• We try to keep Exam Evolution working, but we do not promise it will always be available, fast or free of mistakes.
• We may change, add or remove features and lessons.
• The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for your exam results, or for indirect losses such as lost work or missed study.
• Keep your own copy of important work. You can download your data at any time from Your account.

• You can delete your account at any time from Your account. (Teachers must first remove the students from, or delete, any class that still has students in it.)
• We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that puts other users or the service at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first.
• We may close guest accounts that have not been used for a long time.

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Exam Evolution after a change, you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes go to the courts of Tashkent.
